Food Policy Councils in Action!

The Center for Food Studies at The American University of Rome in partnership with the Rome Food Policy Council, and in collaboration with the University of Luxembourg, the University of Florence, and the CURSA are thrilled to invite FPC representatives, researchers and practitioners to this workshop - June 20-21 in Rome - either in person or online to discuss your experiences with FPCs, successes, failures and work in progress.

About this Workshop 

More and more cities are turning to Food Policy Councils (FPCs) to develop food policies that address impacts across sectors like health, education, markets, welfare, and urban planning.

 

Yet, making FPCs work requires overcoming complex organizational challenges.
